Dear Readers,

I hope that you enjoy our newest issue of the Monthly Charm! You may have noticed a few things, which I want to take the time to explain. First of all, we have a new assistant editor, Sarah (mystical_piper). She has been a big help, and it has been lovely having her here and working with her. So a big thanks to her for her help with this issue, and for sorting out all the ranks. You may have noticed that the ranking system changed just a bit, in that point values are different. So be sure to check that out. Also, if you would like your banner, please send us a neomail at themonthlycharm, with your email address, or send us an email.

Second of all, there was no new “fun stuff” section. We are currently looking for someone to work on and run that department. So, if you are interested, please send us a neomail as soon as possible. You would mainly just have to make a crossword, and other little games for each issue.

Next, this issue was a bit shorter than usual, and most of the articles and interviews seemed to be written by myself and Sarah. Also, we had no fan fiction section. Unfortunately, this is due to the lack of submissions. In order to keep this newspaper running, we need your support. We take articles on any subject, including Charmed, the guild, neopets, and real life. I realize that many people don’t know what to write about. In that case…please send us a neomail saying that you would like to help. There are many pieces that we brainstorm, but don’t have anyone to write them! We would be happy to give you an idea for what to write!

On that note, we are looking for people to be official staff writers. Right now, the paper relies on people to submit things when the whim hits them. Understandably, we would like to have a more dependable flow of stories. So, we would like to compile and official staff of writers. This is not a huge commitment, merely a story or so each issue and the topics will generally be presented to you. Don’t worry though, you would not be told what to write, we would just give you first pick of stories that we feel are important. Right now, we have a great group of columnists, but we are lacking in the article department. We are looking for people who could submit articles on what is going on in the world, neopets, Charmed, and the guild. If you are interested in becoming a staff writer, please neomail us as soon as possible! Also, we are looking for someone to run the FOTM column. So neomail us if you are interested in taking up that position!
